Where can you farm lvl 50 crafting recipes

Artisan designs drop from Edith Scweiz (Cursed Ghost Ship), Juliana Russil (Sandstorm Fortress), and Prophet of Doom (Fortress of Sandarman).

 

These dungeons must be in Hard mode to have a chance of dropping.

 

Higher designs can be dropped in Bapho H/ PvE H/ CoA H. Not sure about CoA N
