around 5 pm hongkong time, i experienced frequent disconnections from the server every 2 to 3 minutes what's happening?

Other users did not experience these connectivity problems; I had multiple accounts connected continuously during that time. I suspect problems with your internet connection or a problem somewhere between your ISP and Gravity's. 

 

Can do the usual things if it persists - tracerts, hoping to catch the failing server in the act, try Lowerping/WTFast and see if that helps, etc.
