Support website uses a different username/pass than your warpportal account (i think the idea is so that you can get support when your WP account is blocked or inaccessible). Create a new account on support.warpportal.com if you haven't made one. You can also make a ticket without an account, I think.

Thanks, I put in a ticket about 20 minutes after my first post here. still haven't gotten a reply. how long does that kind of thing usually take?

Oh yeah, as long as you haven't spent the kafra points, they'll turn it back into WPE.

Those are you best options, sadly the tickets have been getting backed up a lot. So the response time takes longer, even more so when they have other serious issues to handle. You can also try Warnhal - http://forums.warppo.../39845-warnhal/.
