Hmm. There is no way to convert KP back to WPE AFAIK. But you can always send a ticket to billing department through support.warpportal.com and see what GM can do about it. Maybe they will convert it back for you.

Support website uses a different username/pass than your warpportal account (i think the idea is so that you can get support when your WP account is blocked or inaccessible). Create a new account on support.warpportal.com if you haven't made one. You can also make a ticket without an account, I think.

Thanks, I put in a ticket about 20 minutes after my first post here. still haven't gotten a reply. how long does that kind of thing usually take?

Oh yeah, as long as you haven't spent the kafra points, they'll turn it back into WPE.

You can try to send PM to either Campitor or Oda. They are the moderator in this forum and may help you to get faster response for your ticket. Just remember to include your ticket number in the PM.

Those are you best options, sadly the tickets have been getting backed up a lot. So the response time takes longer, even more so when they have other serious issues to handle. You can also try Warnhal - http://forums.warppo.../39845-warnhal/.
