Please help me compile a list of bugs that have appeared from the 8/28 patch, and those that are still occurring. These are the ones I have so far. 

 

From 8/28:

-Shadow strike has a 3 second skill delay.

 

 

From before 8/28

 

-Player appears to be standing on mounts

Character Name: Vazl

Date/Time Bug Occurred: Right after the 8/28 maintenance. Ongoing.

Location of Character: Anywhere. Been reproducing this in many areas.

Location of Bug: "Khara Info Window".

 

Steps That Lead to Bug:

1. Open "Khara Info Window"

2. Click on any Khara Mission

Result: Game instantly freezes and screen turns white. Program is unresponsive. I've tried waiting to see if it's some kind of delay of sorts, but I don't think it is. Termination of client required in order to log in again.

How Often Did it Occur? This happens each and every time I click on a Khara Mission in the "Khara Info Window", ever since the 8/28 maintenance.

 

 

 

UPDATE: I created another character to see if the same thing would happen with them logged in, and sure enough they experience this as well. I then tried repairing my installation, but that didn't work, so I uninstalled RO2 and re-installed it. I still keep getting this game freeze whenever I click on a Khara Mission in the "Khara Info Window", which really bothers me, since I really like doing those missions

Bug 1

Location: Kafra shop

Steps:

1.Open Kafra Shop

2. Click Showroom tab

Result: None of the new costumes, accessories or mounts are listed

 

Bug 2

Location: Kafra Shop

Steps:

1.Open Kafra Shop

2. Mouseover Accessory box

Result: Accessory Box is listed as 'VI' instead of 'VIII'

 

Bug 3

Location: Auction House

Steps:

1. Open Auction House

2. Type "Plumeria" into Search

3. Hit "Search"

Result: No Plumeria boxes (or flowers) are displayed. Plumeria boxes do show up in the raw listings, but disappear when searched for.

Location of Bug: I can not move, I can not use skills, I can not see my items, I can not see my stat, etc.

Character Name: Vau
Date/Time Bug Occurred: After 8/28 maintenance
Location of Bug: Sea god's temple
 
Steps That Lead to Bug:
1. Killing the mobs  with Mermaid pet.
2. Killing them one by one.
3. Using just Double attack and Deadly blow.
 
Result: Bodies hover in the air.
How Often Did it Occur? :  4 of 8 times. (2:1 relation)

This is a bug from a while ago by someone, which you haven't taken note of, so I am bringing it to your attention again.

 

Character Name: Rogues in general

Date/Time Bug Occurred: all the time

Location of Bug: Rogue's skill- Moonlight Dance

 

Steps That Lead to Bug:

1. Use Moonlight Dance

 

Result: The damage of the last hit does not double when it is a critical hit. Instead, the damage is increased by a little bit.  For example, I usually hit a 800(normal hit) with the last hit of Moonlight Dance. However, I have never seen a damage of 1600. It usually does 1100 damage, which isn't the full damage from a critical hit.

How Often Did it Occur? All the time

"at 0:11: the last damage from moonlight dance (without crit) is 327
at 0:38: the last damage from moonlight dance (with crit) is 474 (IMO, should be around 600ish, as crit give 2x damage)
sometimes crit is higher than normal damage (but not 2x times, ex: normal=320, crit=480-530), but sometimes it's same as normal damage."

AND I second Vazi with the khara bug. It affects me too. I can't open the khara menu, otherwise I get disconnected.

Date/Time Bug Occurred: Right after the 8/28 maintenance. Ongoing.

Location of Bug: PvE Arena
 
Steps That Lead to Bug:
1. Joining PvE Arena Raid.
2. After Dying and re-joining

Result: Raid Menu bugged, doesn't appear.
How Often Did it Occur? 3:1 relation, pretty often.

Character Name: LoveHina

Date/Time Bug Occurred: 8/28 (first time i tried since maint)

Location of Bug: Izlude cave (and probaly all others? not tested)

 

Steps That Lead to Bug:

1.Solo Enter Dungeon (Party was known, you had to reparty most of time, but solo always worked fine for me)

2.Kill some monsters

3.Leave Dungeon

4.Spam "Reset Dungeon" Button

5.

 

Result: Dungeon dont reset. You have to Character Select, Login again, then you can reset.

How Often Did it Occur? Always

 

 

edit: Now after ~10 runs, the button stopped to work completly, relogged mulitple times, changed channel. Im out of ideas...makes dna farming pretty impossible now

Location of Bug: All Dungeons

 

Steps That Lead to Bug:

1. Team up and enter dungeon

2. Kill mobs and get out

3. Every team member clicks "Reset Dungeon" button

Result: Dungeon does NOT reset.

How Often Did it Occur? 99%

Shadow Assault Bug

 

Character Name: ShiniKamiJin

Date/Time Bug Occurred: 08/29/13 06:45 Game Time

Location of Bug: Colosseum

 

Steps That Lead to Bug:

1. Using Shadow Assault

2. Gives you error message saying that you cannot move to there OR

3. Simply teleport you to your target WITHTOUT doing damage or stunning.

 

Result: Shadow Assault has been teleporting WITHOUT doing any damage prior to the last patch, and now it is occuring more often.

How Often Did it Occur? Example: 3 to 5 times

-It occurs at least once per each round of Colo. It also occurs outside of Colo especially on surfaces/terrains that is not even/flat very often.  It will either give you a message saying, "You cannot move to that location" and not move your characters at all or just teleport your character without doing any damage or stunning a target. Keep pressing the skill will result you in teleporting to the target at this point unless another target is chosen for the skill.  In such case, you MAY have a chance of success in landing a hit and a stun, but at times the same problem could occur on another target.

 

-This happens to all assassins.

Date/Time Bug Occurred: 30/08/2013 - 02:09 game time

Location of Bug: Fortress of sandstorm/outside of it

 

Steps That Lead to Bug:

1. went in to kill jeiwatch for union

2. went out to turn in quest, but failed cuz i forgot to get the quest in the first place

3. pressed reset dungeon, didnt work

4. went in to check, as expected jeiwatch is still gone

5. tried reconnecting, doing normal then hard again, still has not reset

 

Result: union quest impossible to finish.. sandstorm fortress locked at 1/9

 Disenchanting items after fighting mobs, out of combat.

 

Character Name: elfa

Date/Time Bug Occurred: noticed on August 29

Location of Bug: Probably everywhere, I personally noticed it when I was in the Road of Bless.



Steps That Lead to Bug:

 

1.Put a disenchantable item in your inventory.

2. Find a mob, get in combat. Kill the mob. Get out of combat.

3. Try disentragrating the item you have.

4. Fail. You cannot use the stone.

5. You won't be able to use the stones until you change channels. However, you should not fight ANY mobs after you switch, otherwise, it will still fail.



Result: Unable to disenchant items in your channel if you fought mobs before. Even if you teleport back to town.

How Often Did it Occur? Every time I tested it yesterday. Like 20 times.

Incorrect Prices on Dungeon Grader

 

Character Name: Eloh

Date/Time: After 8/28 Maintenance Time Irrelevant

Location of Bug: Alberta, AoD Dungeon Grader

 

Steps to Reproduce: Open dungeon grader shop. Note VP prices for both sets of gloves and hats are the same, gloves costing 75 and hats costing 375.

 

Result: Players can more easily obtain stronger gloves than they should be able to.

 

Frequency: Always

Character Name: Mstichubs, esschubs

Date/Time Bug Occurred: After 8/28 maintenance on the 29th August

Location of Bug: Pretty much every map I've been on

 

Steps That Lead to Bug:

1. Cursor hovering npc (speech bubble sign would not return to arow cursor)

2. Cursor hovering items that need to be picked up (leaf sign would not return to arrow cursor)

3. Cursor hovering monsters (battle sign would not return to the arrow cursor)

Result: No matter how many times I log in and hover over a monster/item/npc, the sign would not return to the arrow cursor. Conflicts when battling or moving to a destination. 

How Often Did it Occur? Always

Date/Time Bug Occurred: 8th sep around about 14.00

Location of Bug:Auction Service

 

Steps That Lead to Bug:

1. Cancel sale [Butterfly Mask] [Revenge of elegant Hermina]

2. Item disappear on auction

Result: item never return in mail

Character name: Jhay
Date bug Occured: Sept 8, 2013 around 12am PDT
Location of Bug: Culvert of Abyss

Steps that lead to bug:
1. I was outside of the dungeon with 10k buffed HP ( 10,300 something to be a lil bit exact.) .
2. When i go inside the dungeon my HP went to 9.5k buffed. ( my gears arent broken, i had my VIP, my gear was equipped.)
3. When i try to remove my helm, i cant do so. I tried resetting, leaving the raid, taking off all my gears, changing to job outfit and nothing worked. So i basically lost 800 HP which is a bit crucial in surviving inside. We did manage to kill Rat H a few times, but i hope this bug wont happen again.
