Hi, there

 

I can't finish the Job Change quest. I made it through the hole quest and some how i didn't receive the Necklace of oblivion

 

Help me

You have two options: submit a ticket at the WarpPortal Support Center or obtain the item by other means, such as hunting the monsters that drop it (jakks, rybio, and Phreeoni) or buying the item from another player.

Very very common issue. 

When the NPC asked you what kind of weapon you wanted, you tabbed out to look up which was the better choice. But all npc conversations time out after 1 minute (or is it 2?), so the convo timed out - so the npc didn't give you the necklace or weapon, but it has marked you as having completed that convo, so he won't talk to you again. 

 

If you were on Chaos i'd give you one.

So common that it should have been fixed years ago!

Particularly since all they'd need to do to fix it is move the command to give the necklace to BEFORE the choice that everyone googles about.

I was trying to hunt jakks, rybio but its way too hard for me, also was trying to buy it from another players but no one care TT  but thx all form the advice

Have you submitted a ticket to the GMs? If you tell them what weapon you wanted, they'll also give you the weapon.

Chances are they're either in the same boat or don't want to part with their troublesome item.

Okay looking at this quest to see if we just cant make it a forever fix instead of doing it on a case by case basis.

Okay going forward it won't mark you as complete until you select your weapon. After the next maintenance.

Glad to see it fixed, after all these years.... (it's been an issue I think as long as i've played.....)
