I got a new gaming computer AlienWare runs windows 8 an I run everything as admin an it still saids no screen size found I look into the folder an there is no sizes there so I reinstalled it an still nothing there I am able to play the game in 800/600 small screen no full screen so I unstalled it an restalled it It still has nothing there an I did it about 5 more times but nothing there please help me I don't know what else to do Thx's

which video card are you using?

 

also ensure that your direct x is up to date and so is your drivers for your video card.

On windows 8, you need to play with compatibility settings for setup to make it show options (properties, compatibility tab). Windows XP SP3 compat mode seems to work for most people. 

 

Also, full screen doesn't work on win8.

my problem is that the classic ro will work on the screen size but it want work on the new ro screen size cus it want show up running directx 11 but don't know the graphic card size

if you have direct x installed then

right click setup.exe click on properties. click on the compatibility tab, click on windows vistas or something earlier.

 

If that doesn't work, then you probably don't have a graphics card driver properly installed somehow.
