dear GM,

i cant log in to my thqice account cuz my old email address is not available now, that email is from my old college, and im already graduate from there, so my email there was deleted by the school. so i cant add my existing account to my new account now. I tried be4 the system said pending cuz i need go to the old email which is no longer exist to verify, i cant do this. so plz help me, how can i fix this, i really want my character back, i spent a lot of time on that one.

You have to send in a support ticket with as much information as you know about the account as possible and they can recover it for you.

thank you very much for the information, i did submit a ticket there its been two days now, and no answers at all, do you know how long will that take to get a replay from GM, thank you again

Sorry it's taking so long. :[ I believe Hastur or one of the GMs said that they are answering them in the order they receive them. And there were a LOT of tickets.
