Ok just started an acolyte and randomly when I go between Payon and spores I can't move, change gear, use skills, or exit the game. Seems like a map server thing. Just now I entered spores and my acolyte started to move independently of me controlling her. She didn't attack creatures or use skills, just kept walking in random directions.

Alt+tab out of the window and back in. 

 

This sounds like the issue with the client losing the ability to sense mouseclicks (random moving could be from it thinking the mouse button was constantly down, instead of constantly up). Happens on Win7 and later, only the first few times you change maps after starting the client - it stops happening after a while.
