So my character is in Payon
and I did not even log in for one day,
after the next day i log in and sasys my account is banned till 2020-12-31
then I send a ticket to WarpPortal Support, the response the gave me is this
 
"suspended for using an illegal third party program. One of our GMs conducted series of tests on your character, unfortunately, failed to respond which resulted to account suspension. "
 
Okay...

how in the world can I be suspended?
Anyone help?
 
I tried send another tickets, and seems they ignored me already?
who can help me now?

You need help. Is there any prove that you can present you where not botting? if so open a ticket and present that.
In the mean time, socialize with like peers, visit barnes and noble, walk around in the park, practice meditation. speak to someone.

judging by your nickname, the best advice for you would be to simply wait the 7 years until you're allowed to login again.
