Did anyone else experienced this after the earlier maintenance? ;w; 

All of my friend list, party list and quest list item went missing. sobss ;w;

Is your char working at al? 

 

What do you see, empty lists, or nothing? 

 

Do note that there is a new quest window on the client - it should look totally different. If it doesn't, your client isn't up to date, which could cause this problem.
