just got back home, trying to setup a ticket over an value added service that i believe is overdue.. warp portal site wont even load for me.. anyone else expierencing this? also wondering if there is an alternate link to make a ticket?

There has been unconfirmed slowness and page problems since the 26th ISP crash (it was not just you anyway). I had them as well (main page failed to load or would take ages), but it seems to be working again. It was probably just temporary. If you still have problems, let us know.

I can't post anything on the warpportal support site - it is extremely slow and submitting a ticket is taking 1 hour and counting!

It takes longer to submit a ticket with Chrome or Firefox compared to Internet Explorer. Give it about a minute or so to load.
