So I've recently created a sorcerer and am going on level 35. Fortunately recently there's been a free skill reset added to the game in the beginner packs for level 35, so I don't want to mess up my build this time. From what info I've looked at, this is the build I've got:

However, I would have liked to have maxed out deluge as well, but am out of skill points. However, I don't wanna let anything go. XD
I guess this is where I have to choose between healing and DPS. What are your opinions on Deluge? Do people mind if it's maxed or not? Does having only one point in it make it useless? If I were to take points out of another skill for it, which should I take points out of? I suppose foresight doesn't need such a small cooldown.. but PvP... Colo... I want it all dangit. XD
EDIT: After thinking about it some more and reading a few topics, I've realized the diminishing returns on Cold Bolt and JTM, and I think the following build would be the best way to get a decent deluge:

Please let me know what you guys think. I'm trying to keep the PvP build while still getting a decent Deluge. Do you think that as often as Cold Bolt it used it should have more points in it than it does?
EDIT: In the end I think it's between 4/5 Cold Bolt (as opposed to 3/5) and 4/5 Deluge (as opposed to 3/5). However, I also see a lot of builds have both wind arms and earth arms maxed. Do you think that not using Earth Arms will make me inept as an off-healer in the first place?
