Okay every time you buff yourself or someone buffs you, we all see that _____ Gives power to you. But buffs that have a on tick effect such as slow heal causes the message to appear at every tick which gets annoying. Also since slow heal heals everyone around you they get the annoying message too. Please give an option to turn off these messages since the UI already is clustered.

I think it gets annoying seeing it spam your screen.

kinda agree it should be toggable as a notification
but personaly i rather have it like that because it reminds me to recast it in pvp
