I have an account with 2 characters. One of my characters I log in and play and everything is completely fine. On this SAME account i log into my ranger and the second the screen comes up and i see west pront and my surroundings a message comes up and says I have been disconnected. When this happened I was putting arrows into west kafra so she could be bugged? It has not let me play on my ranger for over a week now and my ticket has not been responded to by any GM's. Sucks that I'm paying for a product that I cannot use. Don't know what else to do because I have pm'ed campitor and Oda and they both havent responded in over a week and the gms wont respond to me via my ticket. Please help someone?
No GM's will respond and I can't play

Did you end up with >30,000 arrows in your inventory? That will bug your character, causing you to DC as soon as you log in. The only way to resolve it is for the GMs to manually remove some of the arrows from your inventory.

Character is fixed. Although PM's are the best way to get my attention I was eternally quite behind on them...
