About 40% of the times when I switch a map / use a bwing or teleport service, my char is stuck, I cannot rotate camera or move or open any menu, all I can do is interact with NPCs / shops.
Restarting client helps, but it's still pretty annoying.
Any suggestions?

Is this the mouseclick bug (where RO loses the ability to sense mouseclicks)? If so, alt+tab out and back in will fix it, and it won't happen after the client has been running for a while.

Yeah.
I only play RO in window mode; unlike most games, RO seems to run more comfortably in windowed mode.

Yup that did the trick, thanks alot.
Same for me, only games I've ever played in window mode are RO and ROSE
