Take a tracert. IMO that should always be the first step for debugging connectivity issues.

See the topic I linked to, that explains how to take a tracert. Post the result here.

Either your ISP is messed up, or your ISP blocks tracerts.

Do you get the same result (2 hops, then time-outs from then on) when you tracert a website that does work for you?

If so, we can't determine anything because your stupid ISP blocks tracert.

If you get clean traces to working sites, it conclusively proves that your ISP has a routing problem which is preventing you from accessing RO.

It means we can't tell anything from the tracert, because it's getting blocked as soon as it gets onto your ISP's network (probably because they're trying to make it hard for customers to catch them red-handed with a problem that's their fault)

I don't know why RO isn't working for you, and your ISP blocks the debugging tools that i'd want to use to figure out why it's not working.

When was it last working?

What sort of network is it? Are you on a business or university network?

Could it be a problem with your firewall/security software preventing RO from accessing the internet? Many security programs now offer some form of program control that blocks applications from accessing the internet unless you specifically tell it to let them.

Are you running Lowerping/WTFast, but not connected to it? If running these programs, you need to be connected to them for it to work.

When do you get the error? Do you get to select a server?

1. It start to not working few hours ago.

2.I was using home network.

3.Everytime I play,I will off all the firewall and security such as Avira.

4.What you mean by lowerping/WTFast?and where can I connect to it?

5.Everytime when I enter the password...I wait for few seconds and it say fail to connect server..

or maybe I should restart my router/modem?

4. They are gaming performance proxies. If you do not have one installed, that point is not relevant to you.

Not sure why reinstalling fixed it...

My money is on a coincidence, while you were reinstalling it, your ISP fixed their routing problem.
