What happened to your account? Are you returning player before merging of servers?

Yeah i started like 2 weeks before it merged but havent playind in like a few months when i got back on i didnt have 1 thing

your stuff is probably in storage 3 (old valk server database).  You can do the following:

- buy kafra storage card box with kp to get access to all 3 storage

- open a ticket to get temp access to storage 3 so you can move stuff out.

 

this happened with the server merge and the default storage 1 was Ymir, storage 2 was from Yagg, and storage 3 was from Valk

Storage 1 is free

Stprage 1 & 2 is included in VIP.

 

fastest way is to get the kafra cards that allow remote storage.

Lol a few months after merge all storage got wiped and merch carts got wiped....lost alot of stuff though i think vip can fix it....maybe

I dont think it's because of the merge. Op said he/she lost money too and nothing was left. i dont remember anything about the zeny being moved or wiped when the servers merged. Sounds like she got hacked

yeah. did you give your account info to anyone? if so they prob thought you were gone for good and took all your . if not then you got hacked and should submit a ticket.

 

or maybe you misplaced everything...it has been 2 months

Send in a ticket, and PM me with the ticket number. I can add Kafra cards to the account so you can check your storage. If other people knew your login information it's likely one of them "borrowed" the zeny and items but wasn't thinking about giving it back. We can investigate though.

You can access Valk storages through mail annex too..!
