Everytime when I try to buy the item Gary's Groovy Pack in Cash Shop, I get an error something like,  Spr :: Cannot find file : sprite\.......\maygroove.spr   and I haven't seen anything about that bug anywhere. I can only read the description of the item but there's no picture/image of the item Gary's Groovy Pack, and when I try to drag it to buy it I get an error and exits me out of the game. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

The item is not bugged. Your game client is bugged. Follow the troubleshooting advice in the Technical Support section for clients that need to be repatched.

Does anyone know approximately when the sprite for that item was added to the client?

Try the following:

• Close any and all open clients.
• Download these two files: patch.inf, cpatch.inf
• Navigate to your client folder in File Explorer/Windows Explorer.
• Replace the files patch.inf and cpatch.inf with the versions you downloaded in step 2.
• Open the Renewal client.
