T1 Gears was a big mistake, PVP gears should never be better than the current RAID gears or if they are they should never be usable out of WOE.

November really?
It doesnt take 3 months to balance gear stats, you are purposely delaying this gear for reasons unbeknownst to the public. You said T2 would be released in August yet continue to lead us on. Let me get this clear, im not interested in AoD gear, im not interested in crafted gear, i just want to PvP and get the best gear in the game like T1 was you jerks.
lol u guys are getting trolled
an experienced player can give you a real report of "balanced colo T2 stats" within 2 hours if they wanted to. If I gave you that report, will you add T2 gear? LOL
it's not rocket science that T2 gear should be very slightly worse or equal to AoD-H gear (but no set bonus so it's still inferior), but have much better PvP bonuses than T1 gear, so it stays very worthwhile in woe/colo, but not as good in raids
I'm sure even if you choose a RANDOM NUMBER between +(0.5-1%) PvP bonus per colo equip people won't care... they'll still find T2 gear worth it
wow I just did 4 months of balancing for you, man that was so hard LOL
"balancing" lol If you guys were so careful about balancing the game as you claim, you wouldn't even be in this situation, terrible excuse bros

if Raid T3 was about as good as Colo T1.
We can expect Colo T2 to be as good as Raid T6.
I mean, Colosseum T2 would then be broken again, since we have no Raid T6 yet.

We finally heard some updates regarding T2.
They are currently still being worked on, but it is likely they will be released some time in November. We'll let everyone know more updates once we get them.

Wrong.
kRO2 already have T2 colo. It is only slightly better than T1 Colo. (Still weaker than AoD hard equips). Which is already very well balanced in my opinion.
And we'll get them, like we got Large Bags or Bomg No. 99.
Besides, Zanbee already mentioned that VMs will be a requirement for T2 Colosseum gear.

So I guess this late in the game everyone seems to have forgotten the Frame Rate issue? Same as buildings/fences/bridges gone and people falling through floors? Then I guess the distance thing hasn't effected some since there doesn't seem to be the need of healers or tanks in raids lately. >_>

There really isnt a need for balancing, the game already has it set.
In terms of comparing the AoD (H) Accessories to the Colo (T2) Accessories they share the same exact stats.
Have T2 Colo equips be the same as AoD (H) mode, except you get the PvP Damage/Defense % Increase with it.
While the AoD (H) gear, keeps its bonus set stats [Hit, Crit & Dodge/Vigor or Parry/Haste].
Balancing complete.

If balancing is complete where's the rest of t2?

Gaming base has info on them. Unsure whether the version we get will be the same as what's listed there. Personally I don't get what all the hype is about T2. To me it just looks like another set that is a small increment better than the T1 set, undoubtedly a great option for a pure pvp player but still outshined by the higher tier craft and raid drops. With what you read on the forums though, you'd think that it was some transcendant force that will magically fix everything that's wrong the server forever.
Edit: If someone can explain to me why the arrival of T2 is such a significant and noteworthy event promising to change the face of this game I'd much appreciate it.

Exactly what are they even balancing? I doubt they are improving the stats to be over AoD but under the next raid and raids to come i mean why is it taking so long we need some good reasons imo im tired of the wait.

Dev team busy working on more Kafra Shop items. No time for T2 bro.
Between all the hard work they're putting in to the cape event, fixing the soulmakers/crecentias, solving the Hackshield problem, releasing new items on time, and just overall taking their consumers' opinions into consideration, it's shocking they have time for anything.
[/sarcasm]
Edit: Upon reading my own post a question comes to mind:
What the hell is Gravity doing with our money? If they aren't reinvesting our contributions back into OUR server, then I will never spend another penny on this game. As a member of this community I am entitled to an answer regarding this, and I will not waiver my resolve until then.
Note: None of this is directed at Warp Portal, it should be universally understood at this point that you are not responsible for such things. I believe that each of the WP team is doing what they can to the best of their abilites....
However, I think I speak for everyone when I say it's time to hire on people who's abilities are not quite so limited.

If you're referring to the Devs hiring people with better abilities to do their job for them, then I'd agree. However, if you're referring to Warp Portal needing to hire people whose abilities are not so limited, it wouldn't matter if they did. Warp Portal could take a Developer onto their staff (actually, they probably have a few people capable of modifying RO2), but it wouldn't do any good, because Warp Portal is limited, not as people, and not in ability, but they are limited as a COMPANY. The fact is, they are restricted on what they can, and cannot do, and what they must, and must not do.
Warp Portal is, as a host, obligated to reject content at any given time (as long as it is presented as optional content), however, they are NOT allowed to reject content that is obligatory. The fact is that some content either must be implemented for the sake of what Gravity thinks will satisfy our community, or what Gravity thinks will make us buy more items from the Kafra shop (it is a business, afterall), and Warp Portal doesn't have say in any of those things.
What's worse, is that despite having the ability to reject content, they can only SUGGEST new content, and cannot implement anything themselves without permission from Gravity, nor can they do a rollback, a partial Patch removal, a total Patch removal, or a Patch fix without the permission of Gravity.
They aren't limited in ability; they're bound by contract, as a company, and that is what limits them.
If Warp Portal could take total possession of IRO2 (hell I'd be satisfied if they could just legally release a Private Server of their own, with all of our character data still intact), and actually give players exactly what they want, the game would likely be more chaotic than what it is now (giving everyone what they want at once causes imbalance, and a good movie example of that is Bruce Almighty, when he gives everyone what they want).
Still, it would be nice if we could have a local company actually running this game. The fact remains that Koreans are only assuming, based on stereotype, what we may and may not like, and due to the fact that IRO2 is hosted in the US, they are most likely basing a lot of their stereotypes around "American Greed."
