I think it would be convenient for players to have a certain equipment or npc that stop the process of experience from being gained. This would allow for players with a lot of time on their hands an opportunity to give their friends time to catch up with them in levels. All the time I have seen players struggle to catch up because they are not in share range. If this was implimented players that want to explore the world can do so knowing that they did not outlevel their friends and in the long term be able to keep friends more active in this game. [accessory] - Convert base exp gained to job exp.
[npc] - stop base exp from being gained for a price.
[npc] or [accessory] - gives a player an effect of playing dead while moving.
