Will there be WoE today?

With all the bugs such as:

- zero cooldown recall

- glitching through gates

- glitching onto walls

- glitching onto cliffs

- Non-English speakers not reading the warnings to NOT glitch past the gates

- Base of Strength splash damage working on emperiums

 

In addition to:

- lack of adult (GM) supervision to keep the kids (glitchers) in line

- Gravity KR not fixing these problems, some of which have been around since test season

- no punishment for players who utilize said glitches even after being said not to do so

 

What is the point of conducting WoE??

When will Gravity KR fix these issues, which seem like such easy fixes (from a programming standpoint)?

No mention on Healing the Gates and being able to splash Half Life into Emperiums? Funny.

You forget that the very common (and actually exploitable) invisible players bug and flying/in the ground players bug is still at full force. Fighting against invisible players exploiting it sure will be.. interesting!

No mention on Healing the Gates and being able to splash Half Life into Emperiums? Funny.

 

Thanks, added the splash dmg part.  I don't quite know how that works though.  is the splash also 1/2 life as well? or is it only same dmg as initial target?  (ie, if target damage is 5k, will emp get 5k, or 50% of emp life?

 

As for healing gates, Not sure if that's a bug.  Sounds like a normal game mechanic that gates can be repaired at the same time, just like any other game.  DPS should be vastly greater than any sort of heals though.  Battering rams and siege weapons do amazing damage.  

I believe that the GMs have already said that healing gates was intentionally left in the game by the devs.

It makes me wonder:

 

Is the server powerful enough to support WoE?

 

No.

 

Shouldn't we remove Colision from the castle (so they don't get bonuses), upgrade the server to allow people to play the WoE fairly, then do it again?

Collision has 50? ppl defending against 350ppl...  I hear 400 is the max for WoE.

 

Howcome these 350 can't do anything??

 

You want more than 400 to be in WoE?  I don't think it's even hitting the max right now.  Server seems fine right now.
