I notice that the buff from cleric that grants all stats boost, is a bugged out in certain Stats, For instance Charm & Int which grant and increase of the Debuffs for blue conscription Such as (mana burn), (blind) etc. I would think since my charm and intelligence went up, my skills debuff effects should also go up. This may also have an impact with arti-crafter class, because sen and con contributes to their crafting. There is no point for a crafter to obtain their special race buff if it can not enhance their crafting skills and stat creation on gear.
Please look into this issue.
