ANYONE CAN HELP ME HOW TO SEND A GIFT TO OTHER CHARACTER?

Wrong Section but:

 

go to IM Purchases tab with the Char that "owns" the Item you want to gift.

Selecte the Item itself, click in the down Button called "Gift"

 

A small window will appear asking the name of the receiver. write there the name, confirm and ... done.

 

P.S.: be sure to write down the EXACT name of the char that will receive the gift-

P.S.: be sure that the item you want to gift is tradeable / sell-able
