trying to get ro onto my new pc, its downloaded and patched. As i click start, the set up ro page comes in. I agreed to some settings and clicked ok and saved. But the settings window starts all over again, as i placed my settings again and ok saved, nothing happens. It goes back default and remains on the settings screen. Can't x off nor save any settings nor play..... Its in a continuous loop....
What's to do for me now?

This happened to me as well, it may be a windows 7 64b glitch or something.

 

Instead of trying to access the game through the shortcut, click on your start menu, go to all programs, and access it there. It may take a few times, but after screwing around with that, it worked.

 

Once you get it working, the desktop shortcut will also work properly.

I think I had the same thing happen to me. I changed to run everything as Admin and then I restarted my computer. After, it ended up working for me.

Yea, you have to set it as run as admin as well.

run the setup.exe as admin same as the game client.
