Thank you for contacting the Ragnarok Online Support Team,

There were server stability issues though out the month of September and the development team was informed of the possible extension of the VIP service. We added up the total amount of time the server was down and it was under 24 hours as it was more of a quick restart instead of players losing hours or days. As a result, the team has decided to grant the players affected by the server problems an extra day of VIP for the inconvenience. We would like to apologize for the problems you experienced and thank you for your understanding.

Yeah, wooohoo. 1 day VIP refund. Not like I waited a month for it and lost more than just 1 day of playing time.
