so i hav spend my entire evening doing all the 5 quests in there hoping can get Phen card for the reward. but right before i claim my last reward at lv1 of the dungeon i accidenttaly exited the dungeon   (coz of lagness ) and i cant get in    to get my reward. i send the ticket already but who know when they gonna respond to it. so im hoping CMs and GMs here can help me a bit.

When you take too long to choose the card in the dialog, or exit the dialog, it won't reward you as well ; ] But they did gave me my reward after I sent tickets for these, so you should get yours too.

i hope they gav it to me coz i dont want to spend 20m to buy it (which the reason i took this damn quest)..

You might have to wait a while but if you did all of them, they should help you. Just be patient!

well i did do all the quest and redeem the reward already except the lv1 reward and the card reward

are you trans yet? if not then you're out of luck. i did the same thing, sent a ticket, and they said "just get it when you trans"

Actually if you finished them all, you can talk to the signboard outside and it will give you the card too.

 

I got dc'd before right after finishing and it still let me take the card from the outside sign.

 

 

 

You said though that you didn't talk to all the first sign, so perhaps it won't let you claim that experience award, but as long as you turn in all the quests, you can always talk to the outside sign for the card itself.

i haven't done that quest on that map in ages i should make antoher alt and do it again.... it was so much fun! last time i did it was on my chaser
