If someone has the phone number of a GM please send them a text message about this, I would really appreciate it.

 

Our guild lider account was randomly banned by mistake, because no explanation was send to the e-mail account.

 

I already send a ticket for that since yesterday afternoon, today we were unable to get the castle drop, now those are lost. But we need that account to WoE D= all the supplies are inside >.<

 

Also I sended pm to both Oda and Campitor, but they haven't read them yet.

 

Please help me!

They don't ban you and also tell you why. They ban you, then you must ticket in and ask why, you'll never know if you don't ask. It's not a "mistake" when they don't email you why.

Hope this got resolved for you. =/ If not, you'll need to send in a ticket to figure out why the account was banned. Seems like a lot of accounts were suspended / banned recently and I'm not sure why.

 

Unfortunately I'm only supposed to text them in extreme cases (server outages and such) so I can't really help for personal things like this.

Well, the problem wasn't solve >.< so we have a castle with good eco, of woe 1.0 and now we can't get the loot, I send the ticket yesterday, and haven't receive any answer, also send pms to Oda and Campitor and they havn't even read them, this is so unfair, the worst part is that they never answer tickets about reposition of castle treasures, that I know for reading other members complains.

If you're just missing loot and it's because of a faulty ban, I'm sure you can request compensation.

Many of us have been faulty banned this weekend. Its rediculouse that we cant get help during the weekends eventho the game does not take a break during the weekend.

No, he does not use anything illegal, so this is 100% bann by mistake. But is really unfair GM's doesn't solve this problems quickly.

So the problem was solve, thanks to Campitor, it was a mistake as we mention.

 

We only need now the castle drop of the lost days, that they invest on our castle for the last 3 days and a vip reposition for same time.

 

I suppose you can close this post now. =) Thanks again Campitor, it was really nice of you.

 

P.D.: for those mean people we spread rumors about this ban, sorry to tell you, he is free now

Lucky you,I m still waiting for mine buyshop acct for guild supplies to unbann....They banned it 15 hours before last woe and made me spent almost double zenny to buy supplies again in rush........Sigh........
