I know it's saturday but after I installed the game and try to patch or update I keep getting "fail to connect to server". Usually in the past I would just open the file with admin priv. or restart the computer and somehow it works. This time it doesn't. So is the server down or something?

Hmm I thought as much because no one mentioned anything about the server being down but I just had to ask to make sure. So I guess it's client side then....

check your firewall if you have recently downloaded it. some Anti-Virus/Firewalls require you to "allow" the program.

 

If you have internet (clearly you do) and the servers are up, the firewall has to be the answer.
