I haven't played for about a week and find my account banned. It's probably because of a guild name I made but damn...its been over a week since my ticket. I saw other posts of random bans and people say PM the CMs, but there hasn't been no response with that either. Does that mean I'm SOL?

No. It means it's the weekend and they run on skeleton staff. you will probably have to wait until Monday to PM Oda/Campitor.

I did that a few days ago, but I will be patient longer, cant play right now anyways, but would like to once I have time which is like another week anyways.
