I have an account on the classic Ragnarok. I was in the classic server Yggdrasil. In logging in currently, it is clear that there is no longer a yggdrasil server, but rather it was replaced with chaos. And it is now considered classic RO. However, I got into the server once. This is after a few years of logging in, but I am very interested is starting playing again, mainly because I want to play with a few friends.
However, when I tried to log in the first time (I was offered to change my character's name from <name> YG to their main name which I did), I just can't get into it. I looked for a phone extension or an email to directly solve the problem because my account is fairly old. But I can't seem to get into it now. It brings me to an account with no characters whatsoever, but I was literally logged into my main account moments before. So I know the account still exists with the same characters, one currently going through a name change because of the recent change in servers. But now it's gone. I would really want to talk to someone about this, especially through a direct communication since I have spent money through my account on this game. I would really love my character back with all the items they had, especially those through purchase. Unfortunately I can't provide screen caps since I was not expecting to have trouble getting into my account moments after logging in and changing my main character's name and seeing in game play.
I really don't know the problem. It's literally that it won't let me play in chaos (which I remember when I logged in the first time), and that when I try to log in again it brings me to a different server altogether which is classic loki. I have no idea what is going on. Why is it that the first time I log in with no problem to a chaos server, but now the only option given to me in classic loki? one having my account, and other I am able to log into using my account but none of my characters being there? (Which I may remind you that I paid for items and token on)
