+% matk effects are not shown in the stat window (they're actually treated as "+% damage with all magic attacks"; they don't directly change your matk like they did pre-renewal. +% atk effects are the same way).

 

The stat window shouldn't really be trusted. Some of the numbers are not the same as the numbers used in the actual calculations (atk and matk in particular)
