not sure what the hell is going on, just had my character start talking by himself whilst i was talking to the rune knight npc, is this normal or should i be concerned?

no wasnt in yellow text was in green terxt as if it as me talking and came up in my chat bar and above my head..... i will keep a close eye on all my details

This is normal. Guessing you were at Prontera Pub while someone else talking to SoloHan NPC where it triggers these dialogues to whoever is present at the Pub. SoloHan NPC teleports none married characters to Jawaii. Mostly used when questing for Megingjard godly seal.

Some NPCs force your character to say things as part of the script. No need to be concerned unless it starts talking about checking under your bed / in your closet before going to sleep.
