Check this out. You have to buy the WP Energy first, then convert it into points for Dragon Saga.

The WP Energy converts to DS points w/ a 1:1 ratio, but if you purchase/convert points in bulk (for higher $ amounts), then you get "bonus" points (20%, 25% or 30%).

Also, if anyone else is having an issue w/ paying through PayPal, choose to pay through UltimatePay and then use the PayPal option in the second tab in the window that pops up, which let's you bypass the 24-hour wait period.
