Good afternoon.

 

This day is having me much problems, after log in, the player cannot move, I don't know if it's lag or a bug. I need help. The login works right, but the player gets much lag.

 

Have I to submit a ticket for the lag?

Try tabbing out, refresh and tabbing back in.  It usually does the job for me.

There is a known issue which sometimes causes the game to "lose" the mouse when loading a map; when this happens, the game can't see mouseclick events, which makes it look like the game is lagging. 

 

Alt+tab out of RO and back in to fix the mouseclick bug. It may happen again when you change maps, but I've noticed that it only seems to effect RO clients that were recently started - once it's been running and being played for a while, it stops happening.
