Well, it's actually like the title says... I bought a skill in IM for my char, but it never shows in the purchased list, even with relog.

 

The IM points are spent it and the item never shows, so what I do now?

Send a ticket to support team regarding this issue. It may take some time for them to answer, but it should be resolved fairly quickly and easily.

this happens to me all the time almost fortnightly (IM items not showing up) it gets very annoying after awhile but just send in a ticket and wait atlest 24hrs (I usually wait 48) and if they havn't responded yet send shazo an inbox with the ticket number & he can look into it for you I have only had to do that once that I can think of though maybe twice usually within 2 days iv got my items & a reply

Please teach me how can i solve this problem ... I purchase 3rd times get error and reduce my IM point already T.T..

https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx this link should get you there its a lot easier to keep track of your tickets if u make an acc (support acc are diff to wp acc) aswell as there resolution
