We will be having a brief maintenance at approximately 8:20pm PDT. The billing server has returned and error for hammerine which requires us to restart the server.

This should be brief, we'll keep you posted on progress.

Wow really? Why not try to fix everything first, before you make the game live. I wish gravity would care more about customer satisfaction then trying to milk people of their money. (Example: Giving Hammerine there own Item Mall items. A PK related item? Common, this is a joke, when there is only one PK server). Next time you "extend" maintanence, make sure its FULLY COMPLETE. Thank you, and get your act together. If you just put some more time into fixing bugs / glitches, you might get a better player base, and have more satisfied customers. But, this probably won't happen, because the Mods will remove this post, because they honestly don't care.

Hopefully requiem will be better in the future, but I do not have high hopes.

And thanks you guys for keeping on going, even when it seems everybody is ridiculing you on everything you guys do! I mean, look at the bright side. Every maintenance, they restart the servers which reduces the lag. That's something to be thankful for every maintenance, if the material added and bug fixes weren't enough for some people.

Thanks again! And I'll be looking forward to those Repeatable Quests you guys mentioned there would be in future updates. I just wish improving the game took a little less time...

@hunterXIV, the game was up and tested for nearly 20 minutes with no problem. Unfortunately we cannot control when the Billing server decides to error out and desync from hammerine. This maintenance was necessary to prevent people from spending Item Mall points and not getting items.

Errors happen, we cannot when or where.

Also as i stated in the maintenance thread, maintenance was extended due to Windows update on the server, not our update to the server.

Ok Hastur I appreciate the update on the situation. i can wait for another 30 mins =)... I hope you guys get it straightened out before my chance comes to buy premium and mall points!
