I abandoned quest because I could not fill Judy's list, it would not register the items. So, when I tried to get quest again Jeffrey would not offer it to me. Is there someway to start this quest again?

The quest is repeatable, so you should be able to restart it. Have you tried at judy, where you ended it?

Yes, you were right, I had to start from Judy and not Jeffrey!  Thank you
