Yes. It just degrade by one if its higher than 5. It cant degrade 1-4. and not sure if its 10+, I think its degrade by 2.

Yeah, you can make each Item Mall item at least (10) with using 5 pluto's.

So that would be 10 Saturunes (2,5mil*) and 5 Plutorunes (5mil* each now)

So 28mil and you have an (10) refine
