How is it the Monster DNA Box were removed from Kafra Mall without prior notice?

Addition of Super Puncher Box in Kafra Mall. Is that 1 Super Puncher per box? or are there 3 inside a box?

 

I can't see the said changes in the Complete Patch Notes 10/23.

you have look/refer at the description of the item in the Kafra Shop
