I wanna know how the refining of union armor and weapons goos,
the same as normal stuff WITH an union bind/talis?
is it still breakebel?

Yeah it is exactly the same. You need Union Bindrunes and Talismans (which are bought in Union Shops or at other players near Crune mostly)
It is also breakable so make sure you use Plutorunes when refining above (5)

The only items that cannot break are Item Mall items
