I want to get my lavalon weapon but dont have any health heart recipe to sell,or now u can get the health heart just going lavalon?

There are better weapons you can get within a few lvs of 49.I want to get my lavalon weapon but dont have any health heart recipe to sell,or now u can get the health heart just going lavalon?
