hello guys, i already submit a ticket for this issue, the porpouse of this post actually is look for someone who already had this issue or is having it right now.

 

Im a loyal buyer of WARP ENERGY once per month (im lazy and short of time to lvl so i buy medals mostly of the time), now im kinda scared about buying this month to get the coffin.....the bug i mention on the topic ocurred in JP, i bought 4 trainee medals for 300 im points.

 

Then the pop up window asking if u r certain about the purchase and the ammount of points that it takes appeared, everything dandy till this step....(then the doom)......no pop up window appear telling me that my purchase was succesful.

 

Like 30 seconds later of horror and terrible sweat i noticed that my 300 im points disappeared in a blink of an eye, and no medals were added to the purchase section of the item mall window.

 

WHY!! is my question lol. I have been buying im points for years and this never ever happened to me. Is this a well know issue of the game now?. I came back 2 months ago from a 4 years brake...maybe some1 could help me here?

 

Im more concerned about the support given by warp, i send a ticket like a month ago about another issue and never got a response, like im very scared of buying more WARP energy at this point....

 

LEO any thoughtd here? is this just a "once in a life time" problem that should not change my opinion about the security of spending real life money on rose?.

common glitch, just submit a ticket.  They have always fixed it for me

Some tickets don't always get answered. If there is a problem (no answer after 48 hours, although in the weekends you shouldn't expect in an answer so that doesn't count), you should send a PM to shazamO on the forums.

Well, it never happened to me so far.

What you can do: Pm Shazamo the ticket number (#randomNumbers)

Normaly it's solved within 1-2 days, though it's weekend, just to mention that.

Unfortunately, we are aware of this occurring from time to time. It does seem to be fairly rare and we're still looking in to the cause so we can fix it, however it may be not within our power to do so without some outside help. The Customer Team is very aware of this and have the means to look into and correct it. If you've submitted a ticket, it will be attended to as quickly as possible. We do apologize for the inconvenience, but rest assured that we will correct it, by either restoring the points or items purchased. :)

sorry leo but this is very far from a rare thing... unless im very unlucky this happens to me at lest fortnightly however yes it is almost always sorted within 48hrs so don't stress to much the only time I had one take longer then that is if It is on or a wknd or Friday as they don't generally work wknds

Not sure if this may help , but it happened to me a few times before . Submitting tickets always solve the problem for me. It happens more often if you play on Steam and make your purchases on Steam. Not only in-game purchases, but when you purchase IM itself from Steam, an error would pop up saying the transaction failed but with your Steam Fund still deducted. 

After using Rose clients from WP, it almost never happen again .

Considering the number of transactions that occur in a single day, the actual occurrence is quite rare.  That it's happened to you a few times, certainly is unfortunate, but in the greater view of things, it is in fact rare.
 

 

I have experienced this once and didnt submit a ticket since it was a low amount pts..

 

Please submit a ticket! We don't want transactions like this to happen and you shouldn't be out on the points! We want you to be able to enjoy the use of the points you purchased. :)

Thank God i found this post. I also lost 400 pts now. And the ticket thing keeps on saying error please try again later. Oh well. I'll just wait for it. Leonis Please do take care of this situations. I'm already working and it's very hard to find time to play. Thank You and I hope I could get my IM pts back.

LEONIS!! I'm really pissed off. I got my item back. But its a (Gun Wind Blessing) an account bound. They put it directly in my consumable instead of putting it in purchases so i could gift it. I'm a raider. What the hell am i gonna do with that skill? Make it tradeable or bring it back to my purchases so i could gift it. Worst part is i bought a Re-Roll Hammer. guess what it didn't appear again in my purchases but has taken my IM pts. What the hell is wrong with our server? We players are paying real money in item mall purchases. Instead of leveling i'm here on your site giving feedbacks/comments. I'm really disappointed. Twice is enough. Do something about it. I'm tired of letting this things go.

Prince, I submitted a ticket on friday night about my medals and they fixed it for me at monday afternoon. Actually, im very pleased on the effort they put on solving my issue, but, as u said, my medals appeared in the carácter i was using that day, not on the IM purchase window.

 

So, for an account bond ítem, I must agree that this is a really concerning problem....

 

Try sending another ticket maybe?!
