im already lvl 99 but i cant rebirth class and the main reason is the STATUS it left 3 pts. and i cant use it because all of my status needs are ABOVE 3. i am worried that i might go for Royal Guard instead of High Swordsman is this a Bug? pls help.

You can't become a Royal Guard without becoming a Paladin first. And you can't be a Paladin until you're a High Swordsman.
You can change jobs without using all your status points. It's the skill points you have worry about because you can't change jobs unless you use up all your SKILL points.

well thats thats problem my last 3 skill point : str-10,agi-6,vit-6,int-9,dex-4,luk-4 wont fit
*and you can change from crusader to royal guard but the thing is you will miss some of the holy property skills of paladin*

Either you aren't job50 or have unused skill points. Stats point don't matter at all when it's time to rebirth. That or you still have zeny on you or aren't completely at 0 weight.
Edit..... You can't rebirth if you're riding your pecopeco too.
