I've got a very old quest item in my inventory, which I can't drop nor sell. It weights 2 units and it's preventing me from rebirthing. Is there anything I can do beside filling up a support ticket ?

 

I feel like losing time on my VIP subscription

If it's a 0 weight item, you can still rebirth with that item in your inventory. Otherwise:

• Can you drop it?
• Can you put it in storage?
• Can you trade it to another character?
• Can you sell it to an NPC?
• Can you mail it?
• Can you sell it to a buying shop?
• Can you auction it?

If that doesn't work then submit a support ticket.

Yup nothing of the above works, it's like the server is preventing the item from going anywhere, it disappear from my inventory and it quickly reappear in it after I drop it.

 

Strange, I'm gonna have to wait on the ticket

Create a new character. Transfer all the crap items you don't want to the newly created char. Delete that char?

You can PM Oda or Campitor on the forums with your ticket number. (If they see the PM they will try to speed up your ticket for you) Sometimes they don't see the PM though because it gets lost in a sea of PMS from a bunch of other forums members as well.

Yeah, the blue letter cards I think need GM help for removal - DO however verify that they actually have weight - you can't trust the description saying it has weight 1, you need to check if your char actually has non-zero weight with everything else removed.

Unfortunately, it does have weight

 

I can't move the item at all, it's locked in my inventory. I'm gonna have to level my other characters in the meantime XD

That happened to me when Bakonawa Spirit was inventory locked, said 0 weight but it was 1 weight, couldn't reset that Gene's skill till they fixed the Bako spirit
