I downloaded the Steam version of the game. When I tried to run it, asked me to make a WP account. I already have an account, but there's no option to insert an exisiting account, only making a new one. What do?

I'm trying to delete a character I created using the Steam RO account. It asks me to enter my e-mail address but even when I enter the correct one, it says my e-mail is invalid and refuses to delete the character.
Am I missing something or is there a work-around for this?
