What is the time zone in which the Requiem server is based on ?

 

I just want to find out what time zone the requiem server is based on so that I can arrange my real life schedules so I can attend to the events in game, 

 

I have keep missing out on the events such as the battles. 

 

 

I tried looking for it but not able to find out, can someone be so kind as to tell me please ?
