Hi all! Two questions:
1) I tried logging in to my account on Classic (I've been playing Renewal for a while, so I wanted to check out Classic again), and the only server I can access is Loki. My characters were made on Ymir though, and Ymir is NOT showing up as a server to select in Classic. Anyone know why that might be?
2) Can I play my Ymir characters (from Classic) on Renewal?

Characters on Ymir were merged into Renewal.
Classic is a completely new server. No characters were merged into it and none were transferred.

This...
Ymir existed pre-renewal, but was one of the main servers when renewal hit, so it became a renewal server. Then, after Classic opened, they merged Valkyrie, Ymir, and Yggdrasil into one great big renewal server.
Then for some godawful reason, they decided to name the Renewal server "Chaos" and the Classic server "Loki" - reusing names for the original two servers, and creating great confusion for players coming back from last playing on old Loki (who find that their characters are now on chaos, not loki)....

Then why are my two characters on Ymir no where to be found? I can't access them via Loki on Classic or Renewal.

They could have been put on an overflow account?
Contact the GM team via support ticket with as much info on the chars as possible, and they can hunt them down.
