I followed all the instructions correctly, but still can not find the option to buy the vip package. Can someone help me?

Same here.. I have enough WP to get VIP for a month but still I can't find the VIP Package option!

I think there is problem again for steam players.

Hi guys!

So, first thing's first, you must purchase Warp Portal Points! You can do this by clicking the button, "Add WP Energy.". It will take you to a page where you can choose your desired amount of WP and the payment options.

 

Gravity runs a lot of specials on VIP accounts, so please watch out for these before purchasing!

 

As of right now,

• 1500 WP ($15.00USD) will get you a special package of a 30-day VIP access and an extra 1500WP! O:
• 700 WP ($7.00USD) will get you a basic 30-day VIP access
• 1900 WP ($19USD) will get you a 90-day VIP access
• 3350 WP ($33.50USD) will get you a 180-day VIP access > for this option you would need to purchase 4000 WP ($40.00USD)

Once you have decided the package you would like to purchase, that is the amount you purchase when adding WP Energy to your account. DO NOT CONVERT THIS TO KAFRA POINTS. It will be unusable for VIP access after that point.

 

Please note, if this is your first time paying you will be required to wait while Gravity runs a check on your account, but no worries! It's simply a standard security check to verify that you are who you are. If you'd like to bypass this wait, you can use UltimatePay instead of PayPal (or whatever provider you use) but it will charge you taxes.

 

After you have paid for and received your WP energy, go ahead and click on the blue account name of yours located on the navigation found on the left-hand side of the page. This will bring you to your account overview. There will be a series of tabs: Convert WP Points to Kafra Points, VIP Package, Ragnarok "Game" Coupons and Value Added Service. Go ahead and click on VIP Package. Here, you may choose the package equal to the amount of WP energy you have and proceed to checkout.

 

It's pretty straight-forward after that.

In my situation I have enough WP to get a month of VIP access, but still I can't see any option to purchase the VIP package. It always lead me to the WarpPortal purchase link. I have already submitted a ticket in support page but still got no answer. Any ideas to do 'bout this? My Ragnarok files are located under Steam, so should I uninstall it and download and reinstall again?

Dude i have exactly the same problem as you. A blanked page with no options. Have you figured a way around this or not?

To the both of you, you have both registered on Ragnarok Online via Facebook or Steam. You WILL have to use THEIR service in order to purchase points and/or VIP.

No. You will just have to purchase VIP and points from the respective service.

How did you register your Ragnarok Online Account? Did you do it by manually registering on warpportal.com , or was it the WarpPortal Launcher from Steam?

Alright. Let's figure out if it is Steam. Launch Ragnarok Online, go to the Kafra Shop, and click purchase VIp and points(or something like that)

 

If a steam browser pops up in the overlay, then you have registered using Steam.

I finally managed to become VIP through using steam.....

 

Is there anyway I can transfer from steam to warp portal? Its kind of inconvenient

Yes there is, but it's kinda multistep.

 

First, I would log in WarpPortal using your email, and create another Ragnarok Online account. Then, if you wish to transfer your character, you can use a value-added service(costs money). For storage items, you will have to transfer manually or use the mail service to transfer items and zeny(it will have to be an already created character).

 

Just remember, if you wish to login into your new account, you will have to bypass the WPLauncher file (check my signature for a link to my guide. It will be the first question you'll see).
