I used my wifes name and email since the card is in her name and I just tried to get some WP with my wife's card and it says this WTF??? ::

so whats the deal?? my money no good here or what?? since after all i did click place order or whatever did my first purchase attempt go through?? I don't wanna be billed twice for it since this is a server side issue..

so then do i have to buy WP points in order to get item mall points? i don't understand...then how would i turn them into IM points asfterwards? please help . ty

You buy WP points then you can decide to buy Premium with them OR convert them into Item Mall points.

ok thank you but will it charge me twice since i already tried to purchase with a credit card? I cant afford to be charged twice =(

the first payment that you make will not go through, you will need to try again to make the purchase

this was my 2nd time trying to get some points via credit card and i got that message twice. can anyone help? my money was spent on nothing? pls help...

I´m also having this problem with the preventing fraud message. It has already been 3 days after my first atemp and it´s still not working. I already opened a ticket (2F3-140C8B6C-193E) but it didn´t seen to work out. Can you please look into it?

Hopefully, will work for you today. Had a guildie attempt to get
points for first time on a Friday, and it finally let him on Tuesday
morning.

I just attempted to purchase via PayPal and got the message, so now
I guess I'm looking at 24 - 72 hours :blink: I guess if it takes longer,
will miss out on the Lucky Packs and save money -_-

i have this same issue :(( ive been playing and paying ragnarokonline for years now but its saying this is my first purchase(its not)i never had this issue help plz~?
