Hey Guys,
I'm a returning player and I'd contacted the Support Team previously regarding missing equips and was given "Kafra Cards to check the storages". This helped me in 2 of my 3 accounts, but the 3rd account (which had my highest level character and most of my favorite equipments for him) was completely empty.
I've raised a ticket about this and it's been 3 days now, but I haven't got a reply yet....
You guys seem to be a friendly and helpful bunch of people and hence, I'm requesting you'll to suggest me what to do (apart from waiting for a reply) .,...
PS: for reference to any of the support staff, this is the ticket # 35B-19F04733-0193

I could a reply from the 'WarpPortal Support Team' who requested some information, which I promptly provided and I've been waiting for a reply since (it's been ~5 days).
Could any Community Managers please check this out for me?
PS:- How long does it generally take for a ticket to be resolved (note: not replied, but actually resolved) ????

Contacting them via PM works much better than posting a thread and hoping they read it. They don't read most of the threads here, probably in part because they're so busy reading the PM's they've been sent.
